Brie & Pesto Fondue

Spring is here and in our house that means that we'll be enjoying fresh basil from the garden soon. But after seeing this recipe for Brie & Pesto Fondue I may go buy some basil from the market. No need to wait until the basil seeds sprout to enjoy pesto mixed into a fondue.

Oka Cheese?

I never heard of Oka cheese but now I'm curious. I may be hitting the gourmet cheese shop later today.
Oka Cheese Fondue: "Oka, a pungent, creamy, washed-rind cheese from Quebec. If you can't find Oka, make the fondue with Port-Salut, which is sold at many grocery stores. Ice wine is a dessert wine, so if you can't find it, you could use a late-harvest white wine..."
